Artistic Body Development is wonderful. The instructors are knowledgeable, the classes are challenging and fun, and the space is beautiful. I walk out feeling better, taller, stronger. I never thought I'd find a workout that I would look forward to every week!

I was a ultra distance runner with serious hip problems. I tried everything – Rolfing, yoga, traditional Western medicine – but my hips continued to hurt and my running suffered. When I finally tried myopatterning, I had this immediate body awareness: 'This is it!' I've never had a hip problem since. It really has been a lifesaver for my running.

A friend recommended Artistic Body Development to me. I remember feeling immediately intrigued because it was so different. The biggest benefit I've felt has been in my ankles. I used to have a tendency to turn my ankles when I would grow tired during walking or hiking. These days, my ankles don't bother me or slow me down; I simply don't have to worry about twisting them anymore.

Myopatterning is a good program for just about anyone who wants to improve overall health and fitness. I've noticed more muscle definition in my legs and core and increased core body strength. I also don't find my back getting sore nearly as much. And classes are laid back and social; it's fun going to class.

Artistic Body Development is a great choice for people who are interested in an exercise that rounds out their health program. It's a beautiful place, the instructors are attentive, going to class is pleasant, and it's reasonably priced. I feel energized after class. I've gained strength, flexibility, and a better understanding of my body.
